1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and xk999 ("the Company," "xk999," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at xk999.lat ("the Platform"). 3 Account Registration

To access the full range of xk999 services, you must create an account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active xk999 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xk999 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds or winnings associated with such accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

xk999 is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to submit the following documents when requested:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank statement);

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by xk999 may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or temporary account restriction. xk999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's inability to access funds during the verification process.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xk999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your xk999 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. xk999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

xk999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. xk999 does not accept third-party deposits.

The minimum deposit amount on xk999 is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your xk999 PKR wallet within approximately 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank and transaction amount. xk999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your xk999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed after your account has completed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.

xk999 aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day for fully verified accounts. Processing times may extend up to three business days during peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required. xk999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

xk999 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

xk999 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion documentation. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Each bonus promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn.

Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by previous results, account balance, or any other external factor.

Sports betting on xk999, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other markets, is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. xk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or erroneous odds, to suspend markets at any time, or to settle markets according to official results from recognised governing bodies.

In the event of a technical failure occurring during a live game session or in-play betting market, xk999 will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where a session or bet cannot be conclusively settled due to technical failure, xk999 may void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xk999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage;

9 Responsible Gaming

xk999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services. The Platform provides all registered account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your gaming expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to manage your time on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and total wagered amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

xk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, xk999 will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. Where no wrongdoing is established, the full account balance will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is established, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part at xk999's discretion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xk999 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database architecture, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive property of xk999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any xk999 intellectual property without prior written consent.

The xk999 name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of xk999's trademarks, including use in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity — even if xk999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xk999's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your xk999 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xk999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. xk999 shall not be liable for any interruption of service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, carrier disruptions, or acts of a third party.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

xk999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to registration data, transaction history, device and usage data, and KYC documentation.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15 Amendments to These Terms

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the xk999 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
